Although it does not reflect modern Librul thinking, the Second Amendment
is co-equal with the rest of the Bill of Rights in guaranteeing the rights of a free people. Infringement of any part of the Bill of Rights
can easily lead to infringement of all.
The Second Amendment provides,
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed. (Emphasis added.)
